Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure clear access to the pickup and drop-off locations

• Pack belongings securely unless packing service was requested

• Inform us of any fragile, oversized, or specialty items in advance

• Be available or have a designated contact person on-site during the move

We are not liable for damages caused by improper packing done by the customer.

Liability and Damages

Our movers are trained to handle your belongings with care. In the rare case of damage, please report it immediately. Our liability coverage follows industry-standard practices and is limited to the scope of the service agreement.

We are not responsible for items not declared, improperly packed by the client, or for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, or cash. Non-payment or bounced checks may incur additional fees.
